This policy explains the main categories of information used by DineQube, a product operated by WebTechIO Labs, to provide restaurant accounts, QR ordering and related services.
Information we process
- Restaurant and account information such as names, email addresses, mobile numbers, business details and billing details.
- Menu, table, QR, order and operational information entered through the platform.
- Customer information voluntarily entered while ordering, such as name, optional contact details, order details and service requests.
- Security and technical information needed to authenticate users, prevent abuse and operate the service.
Why we use it
We use information to provide and secure the service, process restaurant subscriptions, deliver order workflows, send requested transactional notifications, provide support, troubleshoot issues and improve platform reliability.
Payment information
Card, bank or UPI credentials entered into a payment provider are handled by the relevant payment provider. DineQube stores transaction references and status information needed for billing and reconciliation, not your full card credentials.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate functions such as hosting, email, authentication, payments and AI features. Restaurant order information is made available to the relevant restaurant operating that QR menu.
Retention and security
We retain information for legitimate operational, security, billing and legal needs and use reasonable technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Restaurant account holders can update business information in the dashboard and can contact us regarding access, correction or deletion requests, subject to records we must retain for security, billing or legal reasons.
