Terms of Service
These Terms govern restaurant use of DineQube software and related ordering, menu, operations, billing and support tools. DineQube is a product operated by WebTechIO Labs.
1. Restaurant account
You are responsible for accurate restaurant, menu, pricing, tax, payment and contact information, for safeguarding account access, and for actions taken by authorised staff.
2. Customer orders
DineQube provides technology that helps restaurants receive and manage orders. The restaurant remains responsible for food preparation, availability, fulfilment, refunds for food orders, taxes, licences and customer service related to its restaurant operations.
3. Subscription
Paid features are provided under the plan shown at checkout. Monthly plans may use recurring AutoPay until cancelled. Yearly plans cover the stated annual period. The billing page shows the current price before authorisation.
4. Trial
Where offered, the free trial is subject to the dates and access shown in the restaurant account. A paid period begins according to the billing terms shown at subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other restaurants, upload unlawful content, or use DineQube to facilitate prohibited activity.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available, but maintenance, provider outages, internet failures and third-party services can affect availability. Features may be improved or changed while preserving active subscription commitments where reasonably possible.
7. Payments and third parties
Subscription payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Restaurant food-bill payments may be paid directly to the restaurant using payment options configured by that restaurant.
8. Termination
You may stop using DineQube and may cancel future recurring renewals where available. We may suspend access for security, non-payment, unlawful use or material breach.
